Imo is a seasoned executive with more than 15 years of work experience across various sectors such as FMCG, banking, academia, and management consulting.

Imo has worked across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, serving in diverse capacities comprising commercial operations, strategic marketing, as well as strategic operations and organizational design, which are at the core of his professional doctorate at Warwick Business School.

Sharon is a dedicated changemaker with 3+ years of experience in driving enterprise development, communications strategy, and resilience programs in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Media Technology, along with certifications in Data Science, Good Governance and Leadership, and Project and Business Management.

Her passion for social impact and drive for positive change led her to the prestigious Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship, a leadership development program, where she collaborated with various government entities in Kaduna State, gaining valuable insights and contributing to more effective and efficient systems across the board.
